My family and I wanted a second home in Florida to visit during the summer months. We chose one of Clever’s ready to build designs and a lot with a water view. We made a couple changes to design to suit our needs. They finished building the house for us, without a hitch, with all the accents we wanted- and it’s beautiful. We love the house and plan to enjoy it for years to come!

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is your service truly turnkey?
Yes! Clever Construction is a full-scale land development and real estate company with over 7 Florida State licenses. We are built to provide you with a completely turnkey service if that is what you desire. We are your trusted partner for as much of the following as you want us to help you with: lot acquisition > design > build > real estate sales > securing tenants / lease contracts.
Where do I get the land to build on?
We will aid you in selecting and acquiring the perfect lot for you and your goals.
How long does it take you to build a home?
Most of our ready to build designs are finished within 6 months of pouring the foundation. Coastal homes on pilings, multi-level homes and larger custom homes may require more time.
I like one of your designs but want to make some changes- Can I do that?
Absolutely! If you see something you’d like to change about an existing design, we are happy to accommodate. Taking this approach, rather than custom-designing from scratch often serves to reduce design time so we can start construction more quickly.
